Inside the factory
Everything in-house
We do not outsource production steps. That keeps quality and timing under our own control:
- Fabric cutting
- Sewing the canopy panels
- Logo printing — silk screen and digital printing
- Assembly of frame, canopy and handle
- Inspection — every finished umbrella is checked before shipment
- Packing — each umbrella in a PP bag, 24–32 pcs per carton, or custom packaging from 100 pcs
A sample with your logo takes 7 days from payment of the sample fee; bulk production takes around 20 days after sample approval and deposit. The full ordering process is described in our custom umbrella guide.
